Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
Time Frame: You have 3 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 7 to 9 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Shipping

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
